Terms of use
1. Purpose
Réglo provides a free comparison service for electricity and gas offers, together with assistance in switching energy supplier.
2. Free service and remuneration
The service is free and commitment-free for users. Réglo receives a commission from certain partners upon subscription. The ranking of offers remains determined by the cost computed for the entered profile, regardless of any partnership.
3. Nature of the information
Comparisons, estimates and scores are provided for information purposes and do not constitute personalised or financial advice. The final contractual terms are those communicated by the supplier at subscription time.
4. User obligations
Users undertake to provide accurate information, not to disrupt the operation of the service and not to submit requests on behalf of third parties without their agreement.
5. Phone canvassing
No call is made without prior consent, in accordance with the French law of 24 July 2024. The collection, proof and withdrawal arrangements are detailed in the privacy policy and on the My consent page.
6. Liability
Réglo makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of displayed data but cannot be held liable for discrepancies between indicative prices and the prices actually applied by suppliers, nor for decisions made on the basis of the comparisons.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
