1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data do we collect, and why?
- Simulation profile (size, occupants, heating, consumption): to compute your comparison. No personal data is required at this stage.
- Callback details (name, phone, email, postcode): to call you back about your request, only with your consent. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Proof of consent (decision, timestamp, IP address, browser, text version): to satisfy the legal obligation to prove consent to phone canvassing (French law of 24 July 2024; art. 7.1 GDPR). Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Traffic statistics: aggregated and anonymous (page-view counts, no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker).
3. Phone canvassing consent
In accordance with the law, no canvassing call is made without your prior consent, expressed through a clear affirmative action (clicking "I agree to be called back"). Your decision — agreement or refusal — is recorded with its date, time and the version of the text shown. You can withdraw your agreement at any time on the My consent page: withdrawal is immediate.
4. How long do we keep your data?
- Proof of consent: 3 years after last activity (evidentiary period).
- Callback requests: 3 years after last contact.
- Consent cookie: 13 months maximum.
5. Who has access to your data?
Our advisors, and the relevant supplier if you decide to subscribe. We never resell your details and never pass them to any third party for canvassing purposes.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction: write to [DPO email]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Consent can be withdrawn at any time without justification.
7. Cookies
This site only uses: a session cookie (site operation), a phone-consent cookie (13 months) and a language preference stored locally. No advertising cookie, no third-party tracker.
